• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of INDUSTRAQ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INDUSTRAQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Payment terms for our services are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with notice

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments, and provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Türkiye.
