How long does a turnkey factory setup take?
It depends on scale and sector, but most mid-size plants move from site selection to operational launch in 6–18 months. We give a milestone-based timeline after the feasibility stage.
Can you set up a factory in a country where we have no local presence?
Yes. Cross-border setup is our core strength — we manage local site selection, permitting, supplier sourcing and staffing on your behalf across Türkiye, China and emerging markets.
Do you also supply and install the production equipment?
Yes. We source equipment globally at competitive prices, manage shipping and customs, and supervise installation and commissioning through to first output.
